ApplicationsDust control equipment for strip-outs and demolition
Strip-outs, demolition and renovation work release fine dust that spreads through a building fast: into occupied rooms, HVAC systems and neighbouring units. Controlling it protects the people in the building and saves hours of clean-up.
Containment keeps dust in the work zone, and HEPA air scrubbers filter it out of the air. G4 pre-filters take the heavy dust load so your HEPA filters last longer. Browse our filters and containment consumables.

Dust control processHow to control dust during a strip-out
1. Contain the work area
Seal the area with sheeting and fit containment zippers so trades can get in and out without letting dust escape.
2. Filter the air
Run HEPA air scrubbers in negative air mode so dusty air is filtered and doesn’t drift into clean areas.
3. Protect your filters
G4 pre-filters capture most of the dust before it reaches the HEPA filter. Change them regularly to keep airflow up and extend HEPA filter life.

A containment barrier with zippered access, and a HEPA air scrubber to filter airborne dust and keep the work area under negative air. For dusty jobs, keep spare G4 pre-filters and H13 HEPA filters on hand.
Running an air scrubber in negative air mode draws air into the containment rather than letting it escape, so dust stays inside the work area instead of spreading through the building.
The G4 pre-filter captures larger dust particles before they reach the H13 HEPA filter. That keeps airflow up and makes your HEPA filters last longer.
